Entre is hosting a special event geared towards the growing community of entrepreneurs, artists, creators, influencers, and innovators. Join us for a panel featuring successful women entrepreneurs and discussing entrepreneurial journey, obstacles faced, and strategies used to scale and grow your businesses.
Our event brings people together to openly discuss and share ideas with like-minded individuals. We welcome entrepreneurs of all types, start-ups of all sizes, industries, and stages to join us in finding the inspiration, resources, and friends that will make them successful. Whether our members are just beginning to build a company, or are years into their venture, We aim to refer to the best services available for helping them achieve their goals.

Erica Duignan Minnihan, Founder & Managing Partner at 1000 Angels
Erica Duignan Minnihan is Founder and Managing Partner at 1000 Angels, a private venture investment network for select accredited investors, family offices, and venture funds. She is also Founding Partner of Reign Ventures, a Seed Stage Venture fund that invests in scalable technology and tech-enabled businesses.
Erica has been an active investor and advisor to early stage companies for over 12 years, and was an investment banker for 8 years prior to that. Before launching Reign and 1000 Angels, Erica was a Managing Director at DreamIt Ventures in NYC. She also has served as a founding Executive Director at both STAR Angel Network and Golden Seeds. Prior to beginning a career in venture, she practiced Investment Banking at Citigroup, Credit Suisse and Cantor Fitzgerald.
Erica earned her BA in Business Economics from UCLA and an MBA in Finance with honors from Columbia Business School. She has also made regular appearances on network television for MSNBC and CNBC on “App Wars”, & “Your Business” and “Crowd Rules” as a startup business expert.
Kim Kaupe, Co-founder and CEO of The Superfan Company
Kim Kaupe is the co-founder and CEO of The Superfan Company, a fan engagement agency focused on creating one-of-a-kind products, programs and strategies for entertainers, brands, and celebrities. She graduated with a B.A. in marketing from the University of Florida and roots loyally for her Gators. She was featured on ABC’s hit primetime show, Shark Tank, securing offers from 4 out of 5 sharks and was most recently seen on Live on FOX judging the 2019 Miss USA pageant. Avery Klemmer, Senior Associate at FirstMark Capital
Avery was previously an Associate at EY-Parthenon, where she worked with private equity and corporate clients across industries, including technology, education, and consumer products. Avery graduated from Amherst College magna cum laude with a degree in Computer Science and Spanish, completing a thesis on authorship attribution models applied to translated texts.
Sarah Carson, Founder & CEO of Leota
Sarah Carson is the Founder and CEO of Leota. Leota is the vibrant wash and wear fashion brand for women who do it all, and is sold in the top stores globally as well on Leota.com. Carson bootstrapped Leota and achieved Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America 2 years in a row, and in the top 50 run by women. Carson was honored with the Design Entrepreneurs NYC distinction in 2012, and was selected as one of the top emerging womenswear designers in New York by Mayor Bloomberg’s Economic Development Corporation Fashion.NYC.2020 and the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Prior to Leota, Carson was an investment banker at UBS focusing on corporate finance in the utilities sector and later matching hedge funds with corporate managements.
She is an avid philanthropist and serves on the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Letters and the LGBT Community Center in New York. Carson is a member of the Brooklyn chapter of Entrepreneur’s Organization. She mentors up and coming entrepreneurs through the Philadelphia Fashion Incubator, Design Entrepreneurs NYC, the Brown Women’s Launch Pad program, and as a guest lecturer at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Vicky Lay, Managing Director & Head of Impact Investing at Artesian
Vicky is a social entrepreneur and impact investor who is passionate about directing capital, innovation and human endeavor towards positive social and environmental outcomes. At 22, she co-founded Zookal, a Silicon Valley venture-backed EdTech startup, and helped to scale the business as the Chief Operating Officer. Currently she serves as Managing Director & Head of Impact Investing at Artesian – a full stack venture capital firm and fixed income business with offices in Australia, Singapore, Shanghai, New York and London. There she is leading impact investing initiatives around climate and gender equality, including the firm’s new “Women Economic Empowerment Bond Fund” in partnership with the UN and her non-profit, SheSyndicate.org. She also sits on the boards of non-profits fostering youth entrepreneurship and impact leadership including JA Australia and Hacking Estreet. Vicky Lay was recognized as a Forbes 30 under 30 list maker in April 2017.
