Allison Esposito Medina, Founder and CEO of Tech Ladies

Allison Esposito Medina is the Founder and CEO of Tech Ladies, a community of 50,000 members that connects women with the best opportunities in tech, and connects companies with the best women tech-makers. Her work with Tech Ladies has been featured in CNBC, Forbes, The New York Times, Fortune, Inc., The Observer, and more.

In 2017, she wrote a report for the United Nations about the gender digital divide and in 2018 she represented Tech Ladies at the United Nations to advocate for equal pay.

Prior to starting Tech Ladies, Allison was a Content Manager for Google. Before that, she was the Marketing Manager at a startup that was acquired by Google. She started her career in tech at Foursquare, working across the product and marketing teams.

Connor Frazier is a Principal at Rosecliff Ventures in NYC. Rosecliff is an industry and stage agnostic firm that manages over $750M across 6 funds. Diya Sagar, Investor at Lupa Systems

Diya joined Lupa Systems in 2019 and works on investments across a wide range of verticals including media (traditional and emerging forms), security and dual-use technology, data and insights, sustainability, and impact investing. In partnership with Betaworks, she is currently involved with Betalab, an early-stage investment program that is searching for startups aiming to “fix the internet”.

Diya’s prior experience also includes a stint in mid-market private equity, corporate development at TV company Endemol Shine Group, and media & tech investment banking at Deutsche Bank in London. She holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Michael J. Wieser, Venture Lawyer, Serial Entrepreneur, Mobility Pioneer, Westchester Angels Principal

Michael is a go-to resource and service provider in the tri-state entrepreneur and emerging company community. Scott Kallick, Founder at Transformative Business Coaching
